RWIK Gated is a society operations workspace for authorised society administrators, guards and residents.

Accounts

Users are responsible for using their own authorised account and keeping contact details current. Society administrators control member access for their society workspace.

Payments and invoices

Subscription and society payment records are stored in the app with provider references and GST invoice fields where configured. Final billing treatment depends on the contracting entity and tax configuration.

Acceptable use

Users must not upload unlawful content, misuse visitor or resident data, bypass access controls or interfere with security and audit features.
