RWIK Gated processes account, society, resident, flat, billing, complaint, visitor, facility, notification and payment reference data needed to operate a gated-community SaaS workspace.
Use of data
Data is used for society administration, resident requests, billing and payment records, notices, visitor approvals, safety workflows, audit logs, support and legally required records.
Resident choices
Residents can manage WhatsApp preferences, update profile details and submit access, correction, export, erasure, consent withdrawal or grievance requests from the app privacy center.
Payments
Payment instruments are handled by the configured payment provider. The app stores payment references, verification events and invoice records, not card data.
Retention
Operational, accounting and security records are retained according to configured retention policies and applicable legal or security obligations.
